You earn Experience Points (XP) whenever you publish a question, write a helpful reply, or have your answer marked as the accepted solution by the author. As your XP grows, you level up from Seed to Explorer, Contributor, and Mentor, unlocking achievement badges.
In your Settings, you can select your job-seeking status (Open to Work, Open to Offers, Freelancing, or Hiring), list your target roles, and choose your primary tech stack. Your profile will display a prominent badge and appear in the Member Directory under the 'Open to Work' filter.
When a member registers with a birth year indicating they are under 18, their public location and external links (GitHub, LinkedIn, personal website) are automatically hidden from the public to safeguard their privacy.
Members who consistently contribute high-quality, verified answers and help other students can be awarded the Tutor badge by community moderators and hosts.
