5 CSS features you can use today instead of JavaScript

A lot of UI code we write in JS now has native CSS answers:

1. :has(): style a parent based on its children (form:has(:invalid)).
2. Container queries: components that respond to their own width, not the viewport.
3. text-wrap: balance: no more awkward one-word last lines in headings.
4. Scroll-driven animations: progress bars without scroll listeners.
5. @starting-style: animate elements as they appear.

All are in current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Check caniuse before shipping to older browsers.
